Lexus IS250

The story:

One of my supervisors (I have a day job.) made the mistake of using the rougher side of a Brillopad to rub off bird poop off her car. What she didn't realize is that the rough side of the Brillopad pad is equivalent to 200 or 300 grit sandpaper. Not until later did she realize that the pad did more damage than it did clean the car. Most of the damage was on the passenger side, especially near the door handles. I spent 2 or 2.5 hours on the passenger side of the car and was able to fix the majority of the damage. After correction, I finished with my Basic Plus Package (two stage polish) and two layers of wax, as well as a carpet shampooing service!
